To make a perfect copy requires that a CAD file be created. We do this via a computer scanning technology and proprietary processes. We scan your pickguard, then the file is inspected and any corrections are made by our CAD master. After that we are ready to cut and finish your guard to your spec. With this process we get a 100% perfect cut, on the 1st cut.
